He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip J. Williams and Jennie Williams (McIntyre); his wife Alice H. Mitchell; and his siblings, Thomas Williams, Phyllis and Linda Williams.
He is survived by: his sons, Philip Williams (Nancy) and Steven Williams (Dawn); his grandchildren, Joslyn Ravas (John), Mark Williams (Jenny) and Alexander Williams; his great grandchildren, John Ravas III, Ryan Ravas, Steven Williams and Allison Williams; and his siblings, Betty Jo Luther, Jimmy Williams, Randy Williams, Danny Williams and Philip J. Williams. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
