He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyal Carter and Theresa Carter (Malark); his father-in-law Harold Jarvis; his godson Robert Seney, Jr.; and his nephew Tyler LeClair.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Carter of Edmund's Church; his daughter Tori; his son-in-law Stanley Russell, Jr.; his mother-in-law Betty Jarvis; his siblings, Robert Carter (Myrna), Timmy Carter (Lisa), Lorraine Seney, Marion Carter and Sharon LeClair (Jerome); his godchildren, Rebecca Jarvis, Nicky Carter, Corey Carter, Miranda Douglas, Cody Douglas, Kevin Ryan and Courtney Horster; and his brothers-in-law, Harold G. Jarvis, Michael Jarvis (Deborah) and Todd Jarvis (Sally). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
