She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Vreeland and Hazel Vreeland (Ormsbee); her husband William Wells Bishop; and her brothers, John and Ross Vreeland.
She is survived by: her sister Betty Chase of Chateaugay Lake; her nieces, Brenda Wilcox (Hubert), Shirley Chase (Marianna Molenda) and Holly Chase; her nephew Michael Vreeland; her brother-in-law Jim Bishop Sr.; and her nieces and nephews, Julie Furst (Peter), Jim Bishop Jr. (Laura), Laurie Bishop and Patti Kasko (Steve).
Donations in her memory may be made to the Ellenburg Center Fire Department or the World Wildlife Fund.
