She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Williams and Eula Mae Williams Harper. She is survived by: her children, Gari Latoya Rucker, Christopher Mangrum, Jermine Mangrum and Freddie L. Williams; and her brother Robert Williams. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
