He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stocker and Loretta Stocker (Hirsch); his brother Norman Stocker; and his grandchild Ryan Dean. He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Dean (Tom), Pam Bowman of East Amherst, Cindy Burnett (Robert) and Debbie Honsberger (Greg) of East Amherst; his stepchildren, Catrina Kopell (Bernie) and Errol Honadle (Stephanie) of Niagara Falls; his mother-in-law Anna Nikisch of Buffalo; and his sister-in-law Margaret Stocker (Margaret Griffin). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Buffalo Maritime Center or the Buffalo Rotary Club.
