Ann leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Ann’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her father Francis Wojciechowski. She is survived by: her children, Leah, Tyler and Derek Hirsch; her mother Barbara Wojciechowski; her siblings, Kim Matyjakowski (Edward) and Jane Pulaski (Richard); and her godchild Francis Pulaski. She is also survived by cousins and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Daniel R. Smolarek Funeral Home (2510 Union Rd, Cheektowaga, NY 14227). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Andrew's RC Church (34 Francis Ave, Sloan, NY 14212).
