He is survived by: his wife JoAnne; his children, Dr. Jennifer Kuracina (Anthony Kritkausky), WQilliam Kuracina (Kim) and David Kuracina (Kelly); his grandchildren, Charles Kritkausky (Kelly), Daniel Kritkausky, Vivienne Kuracina, Elliot Kuracina and Finn Kuracina; and his sisters, Lorraine Baxter and Karen Harris (William). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
