Grace V. Czerniak Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace V. Czerniak (Elma, New York), who passed away on November 7, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Grace departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Grace may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Grace leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Antoni "Tony" Czerniak; and her son Jay Czerniak (Jean). She is survived by: her children, Richard (Lia) and Lisa Oesterling (late Karl); and her grandchild GiGi. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
