She is survived by: her children, Corinne Kaufmann (James), William Scott Piskothy (Elizabeth) and Robert Piskothy (Tara); her grandchildren, Ryan Kaufmann, Steven Kaufmann (Madeleine), Lauren Piskothy (Duncan Macfarlane), Jenna Piskothy, Nicolas Piskothy, Ryker Piskothy and Jaxon Piskothy; and her brothers, Douglas (Janet) and Arthur Stephan (DeeDee).
Nancy worked for many years as a Practice Plan Manager for the New York State Research Foundation at Stony Brook University Hospital, a role she approached with diligence and care.
