She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Dutka and Frank; and her siblings, Richard Dutka and Dorothy Dutka. She is survived by: her close friend Judi Chaplin. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made in Patricia's honor to Tidewell Hospice via the Tidewell Foundation, an organization that provides compassionate, full-life care to patients and families in need.
