We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Philip A. Penepent Jr. MD of Elma, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Paula H. Penepent; his parents, Philip A. Sr. Penepent and Concetta Penepent; his father-in-law Jack Harris; and his sister Mary Ann Drabczyk (late Edward).
He is survived by: his children, Philip A. Penepent III (Cara O'Shea), Elizabeth McGuire (James), Brian Penepent and Anne Vriesen (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Felix, James Harris, Gabriel and Marin; his mother-in-law Dolores; and his brothers, Michael Penepent (Virginia) and David. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Elma Chapel (7540 Clinton St, Elma, NY 14059). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Annunciation (7580 Clinton St, Elma, NY 14059). A burial was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Annunciation Cemetery (7580 Clinton St, Elma, NY 14059).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Batavia High School Scholarship Fund.
