He was predeceased by: his parent-in-law Beverly Cowell; and his brother-in-law Steven Cowell (Tammy). He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Carey; his daughters, Alexandra, Samantha and Grace Carey; his father Paul; his siblings, Patti Carey (Tom Hogan), Danny Carey and Elizabeth Scarlett (Thomson); his mother-in-law Sharon; and his siblings-in-law, Christine Thielges (Karl) and Michael Cowell (Jennelle). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Variety Club Telethon, 6114 Broadway, Lancaster, NY 14086.
