He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen; and his close friend Esther Pitchure. He is survived by: his daughter Shauna Piwowar (John); and his siblings, Mary-Edna Meyer (late Fred), Dolly Fagan (late Richard) and Col. Tom Nichols (late Delores). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
