We bid farewell to Leon Carapetyan of Elmhurst, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 20, 2025 at the age of 95. Leon touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Leon had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Leon may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Carapetyan and Caro Carapetyan. He is survived by: his wife Shelly Banner; his sons, Christopher and Gregory; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Heather, Zachary and Corey. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and cousins.
