He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd McClelland and Juanita McClelland (Brown); his sisters, Janice McClelland and Doris Adams; and his granddaughter Stephanie Schrock.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Rose McClelland (Cicconi); his children, Linda Knickerbocker (Joe), Todd McClelland (Bernadette) and Rodney McClelland (Michelle); his grandchildren, Rebecca Goodwin (Brett), William Drew (Alli), Jacob Rice (Erica), Zachary McClelland (Paige Peasley) and Zoey McClelland; and his siblings, Carl McClelland (Marilyn), Lester McClelland (Laura) and Joyce Hart (John). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:00 PM at the New Beginnings United Methodist Church (300 E Miller St, Elmira, NY 14904).
