He was predeceased by: his parents, L. Lucille Spirawk and Samuel Spirawk; his spouse Mitsuko Tamiya; and his brother Robert Spirawk. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Ann Spirawk; his niece Lisa Herrmann (Steven) of Corning, NY; and his nephew Michael Spirawk (Peter) of Williamsport, MD.
