It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra E. Hardy (Elmira Heights, New York), born in Arlington, Virginia, who passed away on March 5, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Melvin Hardy and Nellie Hardy Sr. (Wynkoop); her son Douglas Critzer; her sisters, JoAnn Moore and Carol Jean Hardy; and her husband Frederick "Freddie" Critzer.
She is survived by : her children, Randall Critzer, Dana Mann and Michael Thomas; her grandchildren, Whitney Mann, Joseph Mann and Kasandra Mann; her siblings, Melvin Hardy Jr. (Cheryl), Margaret Taylor (Mark) and Daniel Hardy (Cindy); and her niece Crystal Mattison. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
