He is survived by: his father Joseph; his stepmother Sherre Cullen (Jennings) of Chicago, IL; his mother Darlene (Emmick); his stepfather Jack Placek of Youngstown, NY; his grandparents, Walter and Helen Jennings of Largo, FL; his siblings, Brian Cullen (Kate) of Seattle, WA, Ethan Cullen of Milwaukee, WI, Ben Placek (Lauren) of Delmar, NY and Jessica Placek of Youngstown, NY; and his nieces and nephews, Graham Cullen of Seattle, WA, Eleanor, Otto Placek of Delmar, NY, Noah and Kayden Placek of Youngstown, NY. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, extended family.
