He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin F. Rutski and Eleanor McMahon Rutski; his sister Elizabeth "Beth" Jones; and his girlfriend Salli Boatman. He is survived by: his sister Susan "Sue"; his brother-in-law Wayne Stanton of Elmira; his brother Timothy "Tim"; his sister-in-law Minne Rutski of St. Petersburg, FL; and his niece Jessica Boatman of Elmira. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
