He is survived by: his mother Betty Belloma; his siblings, Terry Clark, Darlene Fairbanks (Robert), Timothy Belloma (Bridget) and Cathy Dunbar (Thomas); and his siblings' children, David Fannin II (Sarah), TJ Belloma, Trishe Belloma, Bobbie Jo Fairbanks, Patrick Dunbar (Jamie), Katie Fairbanks, Rita King (Jon), Michael Dunbar (Cady) and Kevin Dunbar.
