He is survived by: his children, James Stevens (Janine), Sally Stevens (Jesus), Sonya Stevens and Scott Stevens (Maria); and his sister Sandra Caskey (Robert) of Prescott, AZ. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
