She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Levi Cody and Barbara McCartney (Parke); her stepfather William McCartney Sr.; and her brother Daniel Cody. She is survived by: her children, Sarah Lewis (Andy Drake), Shawn Lewis (Kati), Russell Lewis, Rose Lewis, Ryan Lewis and Jon Adams; her stepchildren, Merle Lewis and Rita Lewis; her siblings, Michael Cody (Kathy), William McCartney Jr. (Cheryl) and Anna Hibbard (Wesley); her cousin Terry Wheaton; and her aunts, Margie, Ruthie and Annie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
