He is survived by: his children, Mitchell Perry (Equipment Operator), Morgan Perry (Physician Assistant Student) and Tanya Perry; his sister Cristen Kwiatkowski (Michael); his nephew Jacek; his aunt Janette Lovell Villie; and his pet Charlotte. He is also survived by many cousins; and numerous lifelong friends.
