He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Phillips and Florence Phillips; his brother Darrell Phillips; and the mother of his children Karen Dean Phillips. He is survived by: his friend Billy Bob Nobel; and his sister Donna (Ronnie Moon).
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St Mary's Church (224 Franklin St, Elmira, NY 14904).
