He is survived by: his wife Lolly Overton Stowell; his children, Dan (Donna) of Webster, NY, Lilly (Rodrigo) and Luke; the parent of his children Kimberlie Merritt; his son Bill (Robyn) of Elmira; his grandchildren, Ryan and Brendan; his siblings, Katie Stowell, Martha Reynolds (Bill) and Barney Stowell (Cheryl); his siblings-in-law, JoAnn Malone (Jack) and John Overton (Phyllis); and his stepgranddaughters, Samantha Nichols, Elizabeth and Melissa Ott. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
