He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Phelps and Madeline Belnap. He is survived by: his wife Rose M. Turner; his children, Derek Turner (Ashley) of Wisconsin, Audrey and Heather Turner of Pine Valley, NY; his stepdaughter Jamie Turner; his stepgranddaughters, Ella, Kendra and Alexandra Ayers; and his siblings, Ernest Turner (Linda) and Candace Delles (late Earl Delles) of Erin, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
