As Debra departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Debra. Though Debra may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey McDonnell and Jean McDonnell (Johnson); and her husband Jeffrey Skovan. She is survived by: her sons, Russell Skovan (Amanda) of Mooresville, NC and Dean Skovan of Elmira, NY; and her siblings, Kevin McDonnell (Trish) of Elmira, NY, Harvey McDonnell of Elmira, NY and Lisa Jaramillo (Nick) of Elmira, NY.. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
