He is survived by: his children, Donna Worm (John), Matthew Pratt (Wendy) and Darlene Harriman (Justin); his grandchildren, Audrey Grant (Aaron), Josiah Worm, Courtney Christian and Rachael Kishbaugh; his great grandchild Carson Grant; and his siblings, Gerry Pratt, Arnold Pratt, Darell Pratt and Phylis Pratt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
