He was predeceased by: his father David M. Hall. He is survived by: his mother Emma Hall (Harris) of Elmira; his children, Delquan Andrews of Elmira, Darick Coats (Brenda), Rasheem Andrews of Elmira, Eddie Coats, Markez Cook of Elmira, Aleasha Shannon of Painted Post and Mya Cook of Elmira; and his wife Marisa Cook of Elmira. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
