She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Howard and Jenny Howard (Lovell); her husband John Personius; her siblings, Eugene (Nilda), Eleanor Nichols (Ben), Shirley Ennis and Carol Cau (Bob); her son-in-law David Welch; and her siblings-in-law, Kirk Personius (Polly) and Debra McTiernan (James).
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen, Janet, Marlene and Beverly; her grandchildren, Loren Delahunty (Kari), Elizabeth Shealy (Preston), Conor Twiss (Lauren), Joseph Twiss (Alexandra), Molly Twiss, Adam Welch (Monique) and Cory Welch (Tonie Marie); and her sister Donna Howard. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McInerny Funeral Home (502 W Water St, Elmira, NY 14905). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
