He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis Sr. and Josephine (Perago). He is survived by : his close friend Carol Douglas; his daughter Brooke (Nicole Douglas); his grandchildren, Bradley of Elmira and Genevieve of Elmira; his siblings, Denise Hayes of Elmira and Joseph Moretti (Laurie) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; and also Cole (Ashley). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.
