He is survived by: his wife Julia Ann Novotny Colón; his children, Ann Marie Rodriguez, Philip Dowd (Ellen), Melissa Davis (Devaron) and Jason Clark (Dannette); his siblings, Helen Asencio, Elizabeth Planas, Cecelia Wayne, Roberto Colón (Ileana) and Joseph Medina; his sister-in-law Shirley Novotny; his grandchildren, Melinda, Siharra (Jarred), Jason (Lexi), Nathan (Lexi), Lauren, Garrett, Jonathan, Ethan, Owen and Noah; and his great grandchildren, Jayvon, Trenton, Khaleesi, Renesmee, Levi and Grayson.
