He is survived by: his wife Christine; his children, Tammy Lee (Steve), Tina (Rich Hazen), Kelly (Dan Bell) and Brian (Amanda Brooks); his grandchildren, Taylor, Logan Lee, Alexis, Anna Hazen, Braden, Madison, Colton, Paityn Brooks, Carson and Jackson Bell; his siblings, Edwin Brooks, Shirley Hewlett, Sissy (Jim Dibble) and Debra (Mark Warner); and his sister-in-law Karon Davin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
