Jo Ann Douglas Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2025, at the age of 77, Jo Ann Douglas (Elmira, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Jo Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jo Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Annabell L. Douglas and Joseph A. Douglas; her significant other Mike Michalko; her daughter Margarete Dieg-Kessler; her son-in-law Michael Kessler; and her brother Rick Greene.
