She was predeceased by: her parents, John Belawske and Mabel Belawske (Carl); her stepfather Bill Wightman; her siblings, Carl, Paul Belawske and Madeline Moretz (Belawske); and her brothers-in-law, Steve and Ed Austin.
She is survived by: her close friend Cindy; her significant other Honey; her children, Jason Quail (Jeannie), Lacy Quail (John), Danny Quail (Noel) and Tommy Austin (Karen); her grandchildren, JonLuc, Jarred, Jaiden, Lane, Liam, Novalee, Emmitt, Miles, Lily and Livy; and her brother Max Belawske.
In place of flowers, donations may be made to Catholic Charities of Chemung and Schuyler County, 215 East Church St. Elmira, NY 14901 with Joan's name in the memo.
