We announce the death of JoLynn Mitchell of Elmira, New York, who passed away on September 23, 2026, at the age of 66. JoLynn will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, JW Mitchell and Joan Mitchell (Whiting) of Elmira. She is survived by: her pets, Buzz and Andy; her aunts, Sharon Dunkle, Berdene Podaski and Jean Brate; her niece Jen Hills (Matt); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Tyler and Madison; her niece Alicia Diello; her great-niece Josephine; her cousin Felicia D'Andrea (Chaes); her friend Julie McDonald; her cousin Love (Rabe20); Emaleigh, Alivia, Isla and Elliott.
