He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stephens and Mary Stephens (Caughlin); his wife Theresa Stephens (Duster); his daughter Anne Marie Lewis; and his siblings, Margaret White and Michael Stephens.
He is survived by: his children, Mark P (Astrid Stephens) of Pembroke Pines, FL and Susan T (Michael Darby) of Rigby, ID.; his sister Kathleen Anderson of Grandview Heights, OH; his son-in-law Jack Lewis of Piercefield, NY; his grandchildren, Alexander (Emily Lewis) of Tupper Lake, NY, Shelby Darby (Anthony), Ethan Darby (Audrianna), Mikaila, Willow, Ezlyn, Orson and Aurelia Darby; and his great grandchildren, Ashe Anatra and Jackson Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
