He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Derito and Julia Derito (DeSocio); his siblings, Anthony Derito and Marianne Derito; and his sister-in-law Leonie Derito.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela L. Derito; his daughter Nicola Dugger of Johnson City, TN; his granddaughters, Brittni Collins (Nick) of Chuckey, TN and Casey Dugger of Johnson City, TN; his great grandchildren, Parker and Tucker Collins of Chuckey, TN; and his brother Joseph M. Derito of Elmira, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
