He is survived by: his wife Betty Holder (West); his daughters, Joy Holder and Melissa Czysz; his grandchildren, Kerina Czysz, Amber Czysz, Brittany Woodcock and Joseph Clark; and his brother James Holder, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
