She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Harry Williams and Lorensa Williams (Seeley); her husband Joseph L. Keefe, Sr.; her sister Ann O'Connell; and her siblings-in-law, Bonnie Keefe, Michael and Sharon Keefe.

She is survived by: her children, Joseph L., Jr., Karen Keefe of East Homer, NY and Shawn; her daughter-in-law Tessa Keefe; her grandchildren, Henry and Finnian; her daughter Shannan; her son-in-law David Kleiman; her granddaughter Isabell; her daughter Elizabeth; her son-in-law David Osborn of East Syracuse, NY; her son Ryan; her daughter-in-law Dimple Osborn; her grandchildren, Rowan and Kiran; her daughter Sarah; her son-in-law Robert Sandore of Rome, NY; and her siblings-in-law, John "Jack" Keefe III, Catherine "Katie", Richard "Dick" Hughes, Mary and Dennis Wolfe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
