He is survived by: his children, Rodney Decker of Lockwood, NY, Bonnie Grap (Hans) of VanEtten, NY, Debra Tammelin (Steven) of Lockwood, NY, Teresa Decker of Elmira and Valorie Hughes (Toby); and his sisters, Anna Mitchel of Texas, Alice Moore and Carolina. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
