He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald O. Jr. Manchester and Jessie B. Manchester; his sister Bonnie Jo Patten (Edward); and his sisters-in-law, Elaine Manchester and Nancy Kent.
He is survived by: his nephew Michael Manchester; his wife Nora Manchester (Kent); his brother Gerald O. Manchester III (Linda VanNess) of Elmira; his children, Ann M. DeRigge of Elmira, Robert C. Manchester Jr. of Elmira and Andrew G. Manchester (Linda) of Saranac Lake, NY; his sisters-in-law, Mary Zubriski of Elmira and Marjorie Johnston (Michael) of Elmira; his granddaughters, Jennifer Tiffany (Jason), Katie DeRigge and Sarah DeRigge-Morgan (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Haileah, Chloe, Jason Jr. and Lainey.
