She is survived by: her boyfriend Julio Ramirez; her son Michael Jay Pack; her grandchildren, Aria, Collin, Tyler, Emma, Isabelle and Skylar; her siblings, Lauren S Strait (Ricky) and Cathleen A Phalen; and her friend Shirley. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
