He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Smith; his siblings, Jeffrey Smith (Jessica Jones Snyder), Sharon Walker (Danny), Kathy Hurlburt (Dave) and Linda Derenzo (Junie); and his grandchildren, Curtis, Hannah, Ryland and Jebediah.
