Sylvia Jeanine Parker Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sylvia Jeanine Parker of Elmira, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 17, 2026 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Markle and Betty Markle (Ross); her siblings, Louis Ross and Kathleen Ross; and her siblings-in-law, George Parker and Betty Jean Parker.

She is survived by: her husband Charles M. Parker; her children, Charles Parker, Jr. (Brittany Niver), Christa Parker and Martie Parker (John Decker); and her grandchildren, Jeanine Mullen (Hunter Smith), Jared Mullen, Jacob Mullen, Tyler Parker, John Decker Jr. and Alexis Decker. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren along with several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
