We bid farewell to Vicki Ruth Kosthorst of Elmira, New York, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 24, 2025 at the age of 76. Vicki Ruth touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Packer and Ruth Packer (Kennedy); and her sister Nancy Packer. She is survived by: her sister Pamela Kamp (Lawrence); her nephew Ronald Kamp (Rebecca); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Bradley, Johnathan, Genevieve and Annabelle; her nephew Graydon Kamp (Kayla); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kira and Gabriel; and her friends, Sarah Matthews and Christine Gallegos. She is also survived by several cousins and friends.
