He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin L. Raymond Jr. and Barbara Raymond (Cleveland); his brother Carl R. Raymond; his father-in-law Robert Rafferty; and his sister-in-law Shelley Field.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Raymond (Rafferty); his sons, William S. Raymond Jr. of Wendell, NC, Scott Raymond (Stephanie) of Zephyrhills, FL and Kevin Raymond (Ilissa) of Apex, NC.; his grandchildren, Peyton, Audrey, Gavin, Carter and Olivia; his brothers, Edwin Raymond III (Jackie) of Blairsville, GA and Richard Raymond (Doris) of Elmira, NY; his mother-in-law Genevieve Rafferty (May) of Elmira; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Rafferty Jr. (Laurie) of Kokomo, IN and Randy Rafferty of Fishers, IN. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many friends along with his church family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Westside United Methodist Church (743 W 1st St, Elmira, NY 14905). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
