She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron Shube and Lucille Shube (Lieberman); her husband Dr. Milton Levine; and her siblings, Beatrice Friedman Lichtenstein and Eugene Shube.
She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Benjamin (Mindy), Dr. Daniel (Myrna) and Arthur Levine Ferrante (Anthony). She is also survived by grandchildren and one great- grandchild, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
