She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph C. McGough and Bertha L. McGough (Gauntner); her husband Gilbert H. Blake; and her siblings, Alice Vogel Bianculli, Paul (Evelyn McGough), Edgar (Mary McGough), Norman McGough, Mary Louise (Ralph Holtz) and Eugene McGough.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Blake (Lori), Norman Blake, Dean Blake, Phyllis Blake, Cary Blake, Janice and Braulio Baeza; her grandchildren, Alex and Shelby (Norman); her children, Sienna, James (Dean), Macy and Hunter (Cary); and her sister Janet Hogue.
She was also a member of WAGS – the Women's Golf League, and The Northwest Racquetball Club, as well as being on the board of the American Cancer Society.
