He is survived by: his close friend Stanley Quammie; his wife Veronica Joseph; his children, Merlene Leotaud, Ingelise Gordon (Alberto) and Lucinda O'Reilly (Matthew); his brothers, Rudolph Joseph of Vancouver, Canada, Peter Allen (Avis) of Montreal, Canada, John Allen of Georgia, USA, George Allen of St. Vincent, Michael "Mikey" Joseph of Montreal, Canada, Duggie "Nose" Joseph (Judith) of St. Vincent and Anthony Ballantyne (Cleopatra) of Georgia, USA.; his grandchildren, Tai Leotaud, Kim Bryant (Andre), Xavier Roberts and Tatiana Gordon; and his great grandchildren, Ashton and Kelsey Bryant. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
